At IMPACT MODEL MANAGEMENT we open our books 3 or 4 times a year for new model recruitment. At this time, we either reject, interview, or 'test' prospective new talent. Interviews and Tests are held by invitation only and offered to the applicants who we feel may have the strongest potential on the Impact rosters.
